She knows Emma canceled because of her own feelings about not wanting to do the interview due to, in her eyes, public humiliation. She should feel happy that Emma listened to her and took her feelings into account.

Emma gets kudos for canceling the interview. π Two thoughts on this panel, well, one thought and one question: Thought: Julia has picked up on Patricia's coldness and now wants to leave early and not stay. Julia's not blind. She's 'read' the room. Side note: Gabby needs to be more like this, observant of social scenes. We all know Gabby isn't; she said so herself. Question: why does it seem that Emma has become dismissive of Candice? π€ First, shoving her off on a tour of the dungeon given by someone else. Then, Emma is just taking Candice's dessert and giving it to Gabby. Is it just because Emma knows Candice doesn't eat much in order to stay thin? π€ Third, why give bondage equipment so Lexy can dominate Candice? Does Emma believe that Candice wants to be a sub or slave? π€

It may be better to say: "I'm super hungry. I've only eaten some crostini." The word 'only' enhances Gabby's first sentence about being super hungry better than the word 'just'.
