I follow quite a couple of couples on a few social media sites, where the subs (both men and women) talk about many aspects of their relationship. And sure enough there is tenderness, if anywhere, at the aftercare. But there's notwas such with Emma. I've even talked irl with a dominatrix recently, and she's so sweet, talked about a lot of topics, like relationship stuff for example, and she confirmed my beleives. This comic is a very twisted look on how a D/S relationship works, and shouldn't be taken as real in any way. Sure, there are parts of it (bondage contract aka agreement on soft and hard limits, though that's more talk irl than paper, and the safeword, that we'll never get to see being used but oh well...), but it's an almost sarcastic look at it.

2024-09-02 19:31:54 +0000 UTCYes Robmur but if we going movies then Gabby is more like heroine of "the Story of O" (1975) where main character O (Corinne Cléry) out of love for her boyfriend Pierre (Jean Gaven) undergoes BDSM training, because she thinks he will return to her, and then it turns out that he gave her away in exchange for his debt ( a scene like from Gabby's nightmare) and he is unlikely to do so and the rest is worth seeing in this adaptation of the novel by the same title! Gabby, after all, also knew each other with Emma, only she knew nothing about bondage , so she thought that if she learned more he would get closer to her. So the motives are similar entering into a bondage relationship to save the relationship, except that Gabby is still with Emma and O has a new master, and she lost Pierre! Only that in the film the training was by an experienced master, and Emma , I think she learns together with Gabby such is my impression, only they are on two sides of the relationship. Definitelly for adults ( flogging , whipping, not mention sex scenes) worth watching for filming location ( French castle)

But I think the similarity between Secretary and gabby and Emma I'd that gabby confessed to enjoy being dominated by Emma and Maggie's Character did the same towards the tail end of the movie sitting as ordered ND not moving as commanded for a.... Well ok your right but I still think Secretary is s pro bdsm movie as well as My Classmate Emma is 😊

Watched Secretary two times at least, here is some info about that movie from imdb "A young woman, recently released from a mental hospital, gets a job as a secretary to a demanding lawyer, where their employer-employee relationship turns into a sexual, sadomasochistic one." Maggie Gyllenhaal as (Secretary) and James Spader (demanding lawyer). Now how does this film compare to Gabby and Emma's situation, Gabby shows rather no signs of the mental cross the main character has gone through, who through a relationship with Mr. Grey (James Spader) a lawyer, tries to save her for the world. He teaches Lee (Maggie Holloway) to function through a BDSM relationship with him. Gabby is perhaps just confusing attachment with love, she likes to please Emma but can this be called love? Mr. Grey's training is the only similarity between the heroine and Gabby, Lee is doing it “for rehabilitation purposes” though maybe affection is not out of the question, and Gabby is doing it to please her mistress, just that she wants it or does she think she wants it? Anne is right Gabby just lets herself be manipulated too much by Emma just to please her! Good movie, if you like this kind of movies ! (for adults of course)

2024-09-01 13:25:28 +0000 UTCI feel that if I was getting into kink for the first time, I'd need to know that love is possible in a BDSM relationship, that kink and kindness go hand in hand. But looking at this, I simply feel that this is the kind of thing that might make aspiring kinksters turn away from the scene. If this was being knowing written as a bad relationship, then I could understand Gabby and Emma's story coming across as a cautionary tale... but the way it's styled gives the impression that this is the norm in BDSM, NOT a message you want to be sending out to people.

I think a couple of us have already expressed, how the story shouldn't be this dark, a caring, loving bdsm relationship can be just as sexy. But this is her show, so she makes the rules... Whenever we think Gabby's gonna grow a spine, or that Emma might come around and be a more caring girlfriend or Mistress, there's always a curveball thrown at us...

When she expressed herself, Emma perfectly "handled the situation" guilt tripping her by, giving the cold shoulder, so Gabby thought that she did a bad thing (which she absolutely didn't). Now she'll be an even more brainless toy to "please Emma", and you can be damn sure, Emma's gonna abuse this even more than so far. I wouldn't be surprised, if on the next page, Gabby would agree to go to the interview, even though she didn't want to, just to make Emma happy after, "making her so sad"

There should've been a "but" at the end of Gabby's monologue, saying something like "but we should always talk about what we want to do". Gabby just locked herself in the prison of servitude of Emma 😔, and threw away the keys

There are plenty of BDSM relationships which can be quite beautiful and moving, where the dom takes a protective stance towards her sub. Yes, she might still have a few learning curves, even the most experienced doms have to learn at times. So why the need to focus on a mistress who regularly indulges in domestic abuse and human ownership?
