Robmur, not quite the same thing, "I'll always win" means exactly that, Emma will always win, i..e. multiple contests. "I'll win" means there is or was one contest, a singular event, that Emma would win. However, that being said, I think Emma is just playing a word game. I really wish that Gabby would open her eyes and quit being blinded by 'love'. That's why I wanted Kimberly to talk to Gabby in private. That can never happen now because Gabby is afraid of Kimberly. Why? Gabby doesn't know anything about Kimberly; Gabby has no clue who Kimberly really is as a person.
But, in my caffeine deprived brain, remember back to the last chapter, Kimberly didn't look kindly at Anna after Anna came? Kimberly knows something went on. She'll dig and root out what Emma whispered to Anna. This could mean that Anna and her twin sister may get kicked out of Kimberly's dungeon, or, really get punished. Why? Anna wants to replace Kimberly. I think Anna may be in big trouble when Kimberly finds out, or, maybe not. Kimberly may think it is just the natural progression of becoming the next owner mistress of the dungeon.
But on that note, if Emma is thinking that Kimberly is getting too old and wants to force Kimberly to retire, Emma needs to think about the age of Patricia. Does Emma want to take over her mother's dungeon, maybe even retiring Patricia? Does Emma see herself as the heir apparent?
So, what will be Gabby's punishment after she apologizes to Emma? Maybe her punishment will be to go to the face f'n contest instead of her favorite author's lecture. That would be funny. However, I see Gabby capitulating to Emma's will. Gabby has not spirit left; she has no spine. Emma, and Patricia, seem to have totally broken her, and Elena too. Both Emma and Patricia seem to only look after their own desires and wants.
