Also, Catherine's punishment does not fit the crime. Catherine needs to be an investigator, not a judge and jury. Yes, IMO, Catherine is overstepping her boundaries. Why? Is it because she may not like Kimberly but is a good friend of Patricia? If so, then IMO, Catherine should not be the president of the Bondage Society.

Why is Emma saying that Kimberly would not call Patricia if she won? I don't remember anything like that at all. Also, that was not blackmail at all, it was the wager of the bet. Is Emma just twisting the wager around to make Catherine sympathetic? Also, why is Kimberly not saying anything?
