It would be funny if Gabby was forced to do something she didn't want as the punishment and Emma just allowed it to happen. Maybe then Gabby would finally start actually thinking about her relationship with Emma.

It sort of doesn't sound like it by her comment in her last line, which, being the owner and the supreme mistress of this dungeon, I'm saying the odds are that she should know. Of course, it could be that she does not believe what Emma is saying and/or that Emily is Gabby's teacher. Hmmm... very nice wordsmithing SimVenus, it keeps us guessing. Bravo! :) I like the fact that Kimberly called Emma out on being irresponsible. This shows that Kimberly cares about what goes on in her dungeon; she either cares about the patrons, or, about liability, like if someone gets really hurt, or dead. Probably both. Gabby has a great imagination. However, IMO, it means that she has watched to many Hollywood movies. The current mob does not dispatch people that way, it's too, um, visible. For the most part, today's mob just make people disappear. The speculation of what happened to the victim keeps people panicked, and obedient. But, I will admit that the mobsters from the 1930s and 1940s were openly violent. Look up the Purple Gang from Detroit Michigan (USA), or any of the mobsters from Chicago. Once the US government cracked down on mob violence, the mobs became, lets say, quieter, about their actions.
