Um, sorry but i have to sort of disagree with you Dmitry.
The question i have is how far? Even if Gabby dies? Even if Gabby is permanently injured, scarred, or worse? How far does Gabby have to satify Emma's pleasure and happiness before Gabby has to think of her own safety?
Gabby and Emma are supposed to be girlfriend's. They are supposed to think of each other's happiness and pleasure. Gabby does because she is a frightened, timid mouse. Emma sort of does, when it pleases her. Right now Emma is pushing Gabby's limits, again. But, this is limits in BDSM, what Gabby will take. Emma knows Gabby won't complain and say anything, even though Emma has repeatedly told Gabby to tell Emma when things are too much. Gabby can't, and possibly never will.
If I go dark here, I'll bet if there is a gallows in the dungeon Emma would instruct Gabby to put her head in the noose and Gabby would do it. Gabby won't say anything, she's too scared. She won't put her head in the noose out of love, but out of fear of losing Emma. Gabby has no self esteem. Gabby does things to please Emma, but she's doing it out of fear, not love. Emma however, believes she always comes first; she's a bit narcissistic. She does things to please and pleasure herself first, to prove she is truly dominant and worthy of 'love' and adoration.
So, to me, this does not point to a healthy girlfriend relationship, at this time. I believe that Emma does have feelings for Gabby, and, if something Emma does causes permanent physical, emotional, or mental, harm to Gabby Emma will feel really really bad, maybe.
By the way, has Emma ever said sorry to Gabby? Has Emma ever apologized to anyone? No. I don't think Emma cares enough about anyone to do that, well, maybe her mother and other mistresses.
Just my one cent opinion. Take it with a huge grain of salt. π

No red flags, go ahead! Gabby should learn that pleasure of her mistress is the most important thing for her.

Cory had a silent safeword but it may not have helped Gabby in this instance because she couldn't shake her head no.
I agree. There should be both a vocal safeword and a silent one. Unfortunately, in real life there is usually only a vocal one. That's because using a gag has become more frowned upon due to possible aspiration due to vomiting, excess saliva, etc. It's become a safety issue.
Emma does have a lot to learn, bit she is young. I can see Emma becoming a very good dominatrix, but, she needs some training from a professional.

Isn't there usually a "silent safeword" agreed on, during real bdsm scenes for when the sub is unable to talk, bc a ballgag, or I don't know... a fraking dildo showed down their throats?
As sexy as this scene is, as Larry said, this shows Emmas immaturity once more.
