Thanks for your feedback! Regarding the sentence, I agree with you. "all the way" is better. What do you think about "Wow! It went in all the way so easily!" ? Regarding Emma's lips, I think it's the camera angle and Emma's expression that make the lower lip look thicker.

That said, and if I may express myself. The fifth line down where Emma says,"Wow, it went all in already " might be stated as " wow it went in, easily, all the way" and this may be my cell phone resolution but it appears Emma I wearing a red gag or had smeared her lipstick something terrible. Not criticizing or condemning. Just voicing my thoughts. And I do apologize if I offended.
