Playing with Fire
Added 2020-01-31 13:14:50 +0000 UTCThere are days when I feel the strong need to let the fire play carefree. It’s just a flash which ignites my imagination to create. While I slowly collect wood needed for the heart of the photos, pictures begin to swirl in my mind.
When the sun goes down and the owl announces beginning of the hunting, I return to my evening temple of fire in the company of the moonlight. And from the tiny sparkle the imagination starts to burn. At first slowly, with the cover of grey smoke, but after a while it dances wildly to the music of firing wood. I can’t stay behind so I give myself entirely to this creation. It’s amazing, it’s passionate, it’s full of untamed energy. It lets me be forgotten and get lost in the oblivion of other world.
Finally... this indescribable power burns out. Everything comes back to tranquility again. Lying by the fire I can hear its quiet, calming music accompanied by the wind humming in the treetops, I can feel the smell of smoke in my hair and the cold snowflakes gently falling on heated skin.
And only the Soul whispers shyly: „more...”
