It's a well liked show and although Chris plays different character than that of red dwarf the character he is still a complete smeg head. You should check out an episode to see what you think

2025-03-20 23:44:01 +0000 UTCIf you want to watch more Red Dwarf content after 'The Promised Land', every series has 'smeg ups', 'deleted scenes' and a featurette featuring interviews withe cast and crew and has interesting details about how the episode was made. There's also 'The First Three Million Years' documentary series. One special I would love you to see is 'Can't Smeg Won't Smeg', which is a cooking show presented by Ainsley Harriott and was featured on BBC2's 10th anniversary Red Dwarf night in 1998. The cast are all in character and hilarity ensues. If you decide to do a rewatch, is this something Queen Boomer might be interested in?

Also there's a couple of cancelled episodes they remade as DVD special features, using storyboards and Chris Barrie narrating/providing character voices. Plus there's the Red Dwarf USA pilot that was made between series 5 & 6...it was unsurprisingly not successful
