Nearly right, depends on the discipline. A 2:1 in law is very good whereas a 2:1 in meja studies is okay. Overall I'd say 1st excellent, 2:1 very good, 2:2 good, 3rd okay. There's also a level below a 3rd which not many people are aware of and it's a pass which is indeed dogshite.

A first class honours degree (or first (Howard)) is equivalent to a 4.0 gpa, an upper second class honours (2:1 (Vod and Kingsley)) is equivalent to about 3.6, a lower second class honours (2:2 (Oregon)) is about 3.2, and a third class degree (JP) is about a 2.4.
Basically a first is really good, a 2:1 is okay, a 2:2 is pretty poor, and a third is dogshite.

Fresh Meat was good but not sure if it's rewatchable again. Enjoyed the reactions nevertheless.

Glad you liked Fresh Meat, despite some of the original detractors on here!
I'm not spamming a request (honest!), but I hope Bad Education is on the list you referenced at the end.

2.7m tons of ordinance dropped in Europe during ww2 and "more than 2m" tons dropped in Laos, Google says its most bombed per capita rather than bomb weight. Still a shocking fact, thanks for sharing it.

Genuinely prefer FM to the Inbetweeners. There's only so many clunge jokes a person can take, and i think this had more interesting scenarios and themes.

Uni grading system goes: 1st, 2.1, 2.2, 3rd.
3rd is barely a pass. More prestigious employers will expect a 2.1. 1st you're god.
