Rowan Atkinson is a genius of doing that. Thoughwhen you look at Blackadder through time he is just pissed off a tthe muppets around him and wants something for himself for a change.

That bonnet did nothing to disguise her beauty nor did her caricature accent and piercing screech. Whilst the delectable Peri was nothing more than a puddle on Crozier's laboratory floor, liquified by Yrcanos, Millicent screeched around London in Dickensian garb and Nicola was free from JNT.

2024-12-24 19:56:13 +0000 UTCYes Blackadder 4 wasn't in this because the Victoria/Albert/Dickens era was the previous century and they set Christmas future as him becoming ultimate ruler of the Universe to make the point that being 'bad' has it's benefits. Would like to have seen Brian Blessed again in a scene as the King in the 1st series flashback.
