I just find it odd when I try to enjoy something and someone is like “everything’s going over your head and you don’t understand any of it what’s wrong with you ya American prick” etc. If my friend is watching a movie I like and doesn’t react to some things and I came in every other scene and asked him “did you understand that? Why didn’t you seem to get that? You must be drunk or dumb muahaha.” I’d give it 10-15 minutes before he stuck a fork in my neck and twisted it several times to make sure I was dead lol.

The younger generations are holding youtube/tiktok stars in a much higher regard. My kids never watch tv. Besides the odd football match for my sons. I don't think my teenage daughters have ever watched terrestrial/cable tv.

Yes, it's definitely more of a thing if you appear on terrestrial TV vs satellite or cable (subscription). Here in Britain, local TV's not a thing outside local news. So if someone's on TV, they're on TV to the whole country at the same time (zone). I was on a prime-time TV show in the 1990s called Don't Try This At Home, with Davina McCall. It was a big deal at the time. I was 14 and basically the whole school was watching, and rooting for me, lol. I think the video's on YouTube somewhere.

Stacey's home town is Barry and the beach coastal part is called Barry Island with the 'a' pronounced as it 'cat'/'that'/'twat'. Bari is a city in Italy pronounced with the 'a' as in 'arrr' . I think you missed it when Nessa and Bryn were talking to Dave the Coach driver and they were discussing the fact that he gave Nessa a STD or a 'dose'.
