Now, some patrons reported difficulties loading the VOD last month, and I'm sorry to say I have no clue as to why. I opened it on different accounts (including logged out), on different devices, and changed my location, and no matter what, the vid worked. One of you claimed to have luck playing it only on laptop, which may be worth bearing in mind. But again, I couldn't recreate the error on my end, and because uploading as a Google doc has proven to be the only somewhat reliable way of offering the VOD, it's gonna have to be business as usual. Fingers crossed it doesn't give any of you trouble this time.
