It was brought in to counteract older looking teenagers getting booze and fags. Shit I get ID'd still occasionally and I just turned 30.

Only good thing in the show is that there was a Mayhem (band) poster in the break room.

So it's more like a "flick-slap". If you already knew that and just happened to use the word "snap" arbitrarily I'm sorry.
