I especially liked your facial expressions in this episode they were making me laugh so hard. I actually commented on the last Phoenix Nights video (but then deleted because I didn’t want to spoil anything) I said that there was a character in this episode that would remind you of Derek Acorah! So I was happy when you said it yourself And don’t apologise about the pauses - we watch the channel for your reactions and I actually prefer when you (and QB) pause and chat to us because you’re enjoying it. If we wanted to just watch these shows uninterrupted we could just watch them directly 😃

He used that in episode 1 because the builders put the spirit bottles too high so instead of a glass he used a vase and then just kept on using it. So very clever

The spin off Max and Paddy is brilliant also but the comedy is easier to get for someone who's not from north of England. I've jsut watched the first episode of max and paddy yesterday and it's laugh out loud hilarious. The article on the real Keith lard is a must read in the comments. Apparently Peter Kay had trouble with him in real life when he used to work the bingo halls

I think the whole 'it's a very regional comedy' thing is not true, there are some specific references, but most of the jokes IMO are universal and can relate to all. (I'm sure most of us have had experiences with overzealous safety officers. Though maybe not with a fetish for 'dog romance').

They’re about 30 minutes long and some of the best outtakes I’ve seen, probably more laughs in 30 minutes than the entire 6 episodes combined. Also Den Perry said "Dog rough", i think as well as referring to Keith’s dog abuse he was also insinuating that the Phoenix club was a rough place. Which was why Brian gave him the finger.
