2025-05-18 00:13:14 +0000 UTCThe one trademark that British Sitcoms have is that we only make an average of 2-3 series, sometimes maybe 4. We believe in Quality not Quantity and there is only so much you do, if it goes on too long it goes flat. Just look at Benidorm, the first 3 series were golden and then it turned into a bland average run of the mill soap opera.

2024-06-02 22:27:26 +0000 UTCIt's probably been mentioned but there is a lot of different alan partridge series and mini series. 'Knowing me knowing you' has to be done. Then there is 'mid morning matters' which is a mini series that has 2 seasons. Spin off episodes that need to be watched are 'welcome to the places of my life' 'open books' and 'scissored isles' which is fantastic. Then there is the recent series 'this time with Alan partridge' which has 2 seasons. It's also been confirmed there is a new series in the work, another mockumentary where Alan struggles to reintegrate into life in britain after working in Saudi Arabia for a year.
