I think the bulk of them not getting along was earlier in the shows life, but there's the infamous incident of Craig Charles slapping the hind of Chris Barrie's horse making it rear up and then bolt, with him on the back. That was during filming of an iconic episode in Series 6. A lot of the animosity though was I think down to Craig Charles being a bit of a slacker while being the lead, and Chris Barrie having to play second fiddle while taking it serious as a professional. They have very different backgrounds with very different views on work ethic early on. Seemingly they get on alright now, probably just due to mellowing with age.

I get the feeling I could guess your favourite Red Dwarf character. Other shows, not so easy. Also I heard that Craig Charles and Chris Barrie didn’t have the greatest relationship, which led to there not being as many Lister + Rimmer scenes in the later series.

Don't beat yourself up about the Trojan Horse, it is mainly a myth based on events which modern day historians still can't agree upon anyway.

This was always one of my faves as a kid too, I loved the episodes with a single extra character which the episode surrounds. Another yet to be seen episode that fits that well comes to mind, but I wont spoil it obviously.
