There was a series called 'World's Most Dangerous Roads' which I think you'd enjoy too, they sent pairs of comedians all over the world driving famously dangerous routes, one was the Ho Chi Minh trail through Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, Greg Davies and Rhod Gilbert did one episode in Nepal, there were 3 series just over a decade ago but they made a 4th series earlier this year. After you've finished the TopGear specials this could be a good replacement.
