2023-05-30 15:33:25 +0000 UTCI do enjoy this show, particularly the earlier series - but I don't see many similarities with the Inbetweeners, so you may be disappointed if that's what you are looking for. I think White Gold is more Inbetweeners like - possibly because the actors who play Jay and Simon are in it, playing very similar characters (imagine if Jay and Simon grew up and worked together as window salesmen)!

2023-05-29 22:24:01 +0000 UTCI understand and get why this show isn't well known or widely loved, but I like it and think you will too, there's some great performances in it, Tom Basden is brilliant as is Joel Fry (He leaves the show to its detriment) and Ryan Sampson as Grumio is awesome, you'll get negative comments, it's just that kind of show. There's another show I'd love to see you react to further down the line which is kind of similar in many ways called Drifters, it stars 3 main female characters, all of whom were in the Inbetweeners Movies, one of which plays Metella in Plebs, so big thumbs up from me anyway!

Grumio is one of my favourite all time characters though and it's definitely worth watching... I'm a sucker for TV comedies set in the past like this too.
