Even so this ep is like a one off - some of the characters and things that happen and appear are never seen or referenced again. Rest of the season and show going forward is incredibly good though.

Jez’s marriage to Nancy was just for Visa reasons so she could stay in the country, but just as she was actually starting to be in it for real Jez had an affair with Toni, he then couldn’t take the guilt so told her, then the last scene was her saying she’ll probably need the sofa that night to bang someone she meets at a concert. So yeah it’s safe to assume she split. Also he never had a threesome before, it started to look that way but in the end Nancy and that hippie guy got it on and Jez was sidelined, hence the joke ‘this is just like watching a porno, except I can’t see anything and I want to cry’. Glad you’re liking the show man.

2023-04-10 20:39:39 +0000 UTCAs stated above the Nancy situation was purely for a visa and jez cheated anyway so we must presume Nancy fucked off or jez fucked her off as, he didn't want to see her with other men which we know Nancy was doing in the wedding episode. Season 3 is where we really get the Peepshow that's become such a favourite, everyone knows there acting parts, Olivia asked for part to be more interesting, hence the newer sluttier Sofia and believe she gets far worser as do the two cringe Muppets jez & mark. Charecters come and go in Peepshow, dosnt mean they're gone for good if you don't see them for a few episodes, just like life, you don't see everyone you know everyday. Side charecters like Hans or Johnson and others pop up throughout and rightly so as they're top class charecters and others return for plot reasons also. So now you're strapped in be prepared as it gets seriously cringe and awkward from here on. Classic English comedy.

In the last ep you saw here heading out for the night and she hinted she might bring someone back to 'bone'. New series has started and Jez is with another girl so there's obviously been a time jump and you can make the assumption Nancy left Jez based off what happened in the previous ep

2023-04-10 18:06:18 +0000 UTCwhen i watched this episode for the second time i couldn't stop laughing when he got mugged it wasn't the mugging part that made me cry with laughter it was when the guy said F-off and then told him to move quickly and at the end you see mark running towards the end of the subway it was like getting mugged then made the poor person run by telling him too.... i know i shouldn't laugh but was just too funny.
