Can’t believe you missed the 4U2P sign on the bathroom door…

Tim Salt (Tim Salt Writes)

You should be sorry son

Apparently the scene with the driver thinking he'd vacuumed up a kitten called Ernie, had to be filmed several times as the camera man couldn't stop laughing. The joke about the "Irish tumble dryers" (cement mixer) in case you didn't get it, is owing to builders of that era often being Irish.

Adi Hughes

Apologies if its been said many times before but there is a spin-off series called "Rock and Chips" starring James Buckley as a young Del Boy!

The early seasons are decent but the popular it grew the budget got bigger with more characters and more story continued story lines too. You will notice from around season 3, though the next episode has one of the most Iconic clips ever on British TV. When it happens you will know.

Charlie Costa

john sullivan the writer is the singer of the theme tune, most believed it was nick lyndhurst (Rodney)

This show makes me laugh and cry..

Remember after series 4, the episodes become at least an hour long and with more characters added it’s a brilliant show - one of the very best British sitcoms ever made. All the supporting cast are so well written and John Sullivan isn’t afraid to mix in sadness and somber moments within the comedy that’s why it feels so grounded and real

Sam Dilks

Yeah they put the pic on screen during that UK gold special on OFAH a few years back.

NEXUS

Absolutely! David Jason based it off an electrician he knew/worked with. I think he actually showed a photo of the guy in an interview once.

Steve Read

Boomer wait until you get to the later series.. you will just love it. They really immerse themselves into their characters by then and it’s so so funny. Promise you won’t be disappointed

MTT

The next one is brilliant

Nick Davis

The next episode is an OFAH classic btw

Jehan Ariyaratnam

Where was your dad? Oh he died a couple of years before I was born.... lol

Jehan Ariyaratnam

David Jason (Delboy) or John O'sullivan (shows creator) said Del was based on a real life Cockney charecter he knew of, who was always immaculately dressed despite his economic position in life. Clothes make the man and all that.
