2024-01-19 17:08:48 +0000 UTCDid anyone else spot the edit? They edited out a word. Replaced it with Yobbo's. It helps that I remember all the lines off by heart having watched this so many times. Interesting point you make about the violence, Boomer. My uncle asked me about it once, when he found out I liked the show. For me, the violence was the icing on the cake - not the main event The thing I liked was the stupid humour, the stupid nob gags (Rik Myall said that live on Morning TV once - legend), and the clever word play. As if Richie couldn't make out it was Eddie's voice with the grim reaper. Bit silly really. Much better episodes to come though - ferris wheel, camping in Wimbledon, xmas sprouts, cannonball taffy o jones, eddie forging money.
