The character Mr Rottweiler, was played by the late Brian Glover, a Yorkshire man famous for his roles in "Porridge" and, as mentioned above, Alien 3. "Mr Clements, get this foolish woman back to the infirmary."

Great reaction. 😂👍 The angry neighbor actor had a brief role in 'An American Werewolf in London', he was in the Slaughtered Lamb pub near the start of the movie. Rik Mayall has an even smaller part in it too, he is also in the pub scene. 'Filthy, Rich & Catflap' (1987) is an old UK comedy series I'd highly recommend to you, that stars the two Bottom actors (Rik Mayall and Ade Edmondson) and a third main character (played by Nigel Planer). The show is probably even madder and wackier than Bottom and has a very similar zany comedy style. Rik Mayall (Rich) plays a struggling actor and he's struggling because he is absolutely talentless. Ade Edmondson (Catflap) is his "minder". And Nigel Planer (Filthy) plays his sleazy booking agent. There is only one series which has six episodes. I'm very confident you will love it.

My favourite parts are when Boomer acts so awkward at the creepy parts lol... Him and the Queen acted the same when anything happened to animals in the Inbetweeners... With any British comedy that was made up until about 10 years ago before we went woke, you have to seprerate reality and the comedy... Back then anything was fair game and shouldn't be taken seriously... It's not real, it's acting and most subjects are laughed at back then 🤔

Totally bonkers! I watched this as a kid and it was completely ridiculous and creepy then and the same now! It is cartoonish hyper-violence. And often stupidly funny.

A bit of trivia for you as a wrestling fan: as well as acting, Brian Glover - who played Mr. Rottweiler - was a professional wrestler who occasionally featured on World Of Sport on ITV as Leon Arras. He actually had no training as an actor, but was a very good comedy wrestler, which probably helped him land a lot of early parts as a character actor.
