Patreon-Discord Stuff

Before, I was having to manually contact people and confirm they were who they were, which could take literal months depending on when I got around to going back through all my messages. So, now (in theory) you should be able to just link Discord to your Patreon and get your new title and name colored automatically. In theory.
Exciting news for me since I hated worrying about that job, and I was already integrating Discord and Patreon. Let me know how it works out for you. If it is at all. In theory, it should automatically send out invites and such.
