February Poll Results

These are the Twitter poll results. However...
These are the Fan results.
On one hand, Raspberyl won the popular vote by a good margin on Twitter. On the other hand, Raspberyl didn't get a single vote here on Fanbox. (Not even the guy who suggested her?)
If you add them together it doesn't really change the results:
Seraphim gets 10 votes
Daikokuten gets 22 votes
Ui gets 25 votes
And Raspberyl still wins with 27.
So I'm left wondering how to handle this situation. Clearly Twitter wants to see Raspberyl, but you guys are torn between Daikokuten and Ui.
What do you all think is fair? Should I just draw Raspberyl? Should I draw her AND Ui? Should we never invite those troublemaking Twitter users back ever again? Should we give up on democracy and have me rule despotically with an iron fist?
Please share your thoughts below because I really am at a loss here.

I honestly don't want to make works that are Fanbox exclusive. It would probably get more people to join, but it just doesn't feel right to me to paywall content. Not to mention that people will pirate it anyway if I did. I don't want to fight that fight. People who want to support me will do it, and that's good enough for me. I'd much rather sell physical merch than a license to look at my work.

2025-02-08 20:53:21 +0000 UTCConsidering how close in total they were, the main solution that comes to my mind personally is a public image for Raspberyl, and a Fanbox exclusive for Ui. Of course, that's assuming you're okay with doing both as well as making a fanbox-exclusive work, even just the one time. Alternatively, since the point of opening the poll was to increase the sample size of voters, simply going ahead and drawing Raspberyl as normal is also fine, along with an announcement to the twitter crowd that they'd be able to see it early by joining the fanbox. Either way, I think the fact that Raspberyl won overall needs to be respected.
