In the late 1960s, unethical chemist Dr. Theodore Wilson developed a wicked new form of itching powder that could cause a ticklish response in certain patients. In this period of the asylum's existence, more and more patients were being left alone during their treatments, as the inmates were far outnumbering the doctors. Methods that didn't require direct contact or supervision were becoming more common, and the entirety of the patients' ordeals were filmed.
The use of the powder was primarily focused on the bare feet with patients that were in the strictest of restraint. Certain materials allowed for the powder to be applied liberally to the entire body while still keeping the patient immobilized.
