A robotics division was developed with the express purpose of testing the dexterity of mechanical hands. Though the initial prototypes were somewhat crude and clumsy, the technology developed in this wing seemed decades ahead of similar industries. The doctors found the relentless mechanical fingers especially effective on patients' bare feet and the automation allowed them to leave patients alone with the devices for hours while they attended to other duties...
