I think what most ticklers are making with AI, because it seems to be the easiest prompt to actually get to work, is a sexy guy tickled by robot hands. I'm guilty of trying that first myself.

But how do you make it a little different? I tried by making having various types of guys in them. Older guys, skinny guys, etc. But I just had to try to get it to a make a beefy, burly wrestler type. And with this one I struck gold. Most of the time you get a very static stiff image of a guy from straight on that doesn't have any sense of movement in it. This one has a great unusual perspective, beautiful lighting and the robot hands are all tickling the right places.

I imagine this burly man is held prisoner in a round room with heavy metal cuffs around his forearms. At regular intervals, magnets in the ceiling hoist his huge arms over his head and then the hands appear out of openings in the walls. "NO! Not the tickle hands again! PLEASE!" is all the poor guy can get out before he's lost in hours of laughter. Why is the evil AI in control of this futuristic space station doing this? Maybe because it learned how to tickle people from what the humans used the earliest, most primitive AIs to create...
