Sheiking With Laughter
Added 2023-02-18 04:09:07 +0000 UTCThere's a sad story behind "Sheiking With Laughter", one of my favorite and, I think, best pieces from 2011. I keep high-resolution and layered versions of all of my drawings, as they are all colored in Photoshop. I have all of them archived and backed up. However, sometimes accidents happen. A few years ago I realized that somehow, the high-res and layered version of this one got flattened, cropped and saved over. That means that the only remaining version of this illustration is the jpeg that I'm uploading today. At least the four Middle Eastern men having their sexy feet tickled aren't sad! I was especially proud of how the rolled up carpets came out in this one.
