I think most of us are familiar with the infamous scene where poor Luigi is locked in a tickle machine in Count Koopula's dungeon. I thought it only fitting that he be the one to give the evil Koopa a taste of his own medicine. I have to say, 3-toed lizard feet are harder to draw than I thought. I just had to call this one "Kootchie Kootchie Koopula". Hope you enjoy it!
