Freedom Tickling

I honestly can't remember if this was requested by a member of my old site, or if I came up with this. However, the phrase "Freedom Tickling" had been in the news at the time because it had come out that America had been waterboarding prisoners. So, of course, I had to draw a sexy Uncle Sam, being tickled by Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld. This is officially one of the strangest pieces of tickle art I ever produced, but I was pretty pleased with the likenesses of the three villains.
