I do love me a good tickle pun. Poor Jason Bourne is subjected to a lot of top secret military training and brainwashing, but he needed a little something extra to get him to REALLY commit. A little foot tickling is just what the evil doctor ordered. How do you like THEM apples, Matt? (I know, wrong movie).
