Presenting the winner (or loser, depending on how you see it) of the 2nd Box of Shame poll: Jeffrey Dean Morgan! He was a lot of fun to draw but, can I just tell you, salt and pepper scruff is a bitch to figure out how to render! I just had to toss in a 2nd version with sheer socks for my sock fans, several of whom tossed hints my way that they wanted to see Jeffrey in sheers.

Here's how I see it: the barefoot version is Negan. He's been captured by the survivors in Alexandria and locked into a box in the basement of one of the houses. One by one, everyone in the town comes in to take their revenge on him, feathering his big, surprisingly soft bare feet until he's pleading for mercy. Negan loved to laugh at others' misfortune. Well now he'll laugh and laugh for a very long time...

I see the sheer piece as just Jeffrey the actor, tricked into the box by some pals, still wearing the sheer socks he wore earlier that day on a red carpet.
