Elliot Spitzer had been caught with his pants down...and his socks on, apparently. I think he may have a thing for them. So this person requested that he be put in public stocks and tickled by none other than that NYC celebrity the Naked Cowboy as a form of "Politickle Punishment". Hope you dress sock lovers enjoy it!
