This one, however, would focus on upper body tickling rather than foot tickling. This wicked device would torment and tease male celebrities with muscular, sexy torsos with multiple tickling mechanical hands and feathers. I decided I'd put together a poll to let you decide who would be the first lucky (or very unlucky) famous Chris to be subjected to my evil creation!
