Luffy Zoro, Sanji, and Nami have all had to fight since they were kids. They already know what they can do with their chosen weapons, they have the muscle memory, both physical and mental, to make decisions on the fly. Usopp does not. He has to plan. And since he knew this duel was coming, he had time to plan. It's not just a couple of friends smacking each other around. This is serious.

2025-04-12 09:22:55 +0000 UTC9:55 - Poor Usopp 😂 Catching hate 11:00 - Well, to beat Luffy, he would have to go that far… 12:20 - Me too Merry 😭 (I had to prepare myself to watch these episodes.. 😢) 14:15 - Reject is very rare, and hurts the receiver and user 10 times more than an impact would. 14:35 - The impact dial don’t do blunt damage, which Luffy is immune against. I can’t find the words to explain how it works though.. 16:15 - 🤦 21:00 - Seeing Merry cry breaks me every time… 23:37 - 🤣🤣😂😂❤️ 37:20 - yea! He also voiced Jango, the hypnotist. I believe I read somewhere that Oda wrote Franky specifically for the VA. He does add stuff he wants to hear from the VA’s from time to time ^^ 41:33 - you know how when someone has a dimple or crease in their chin, it can be called a butt chin. Well, according to an SBS, Franky has a butt-butt chin 😂 44:20 - apparently Oda had wanted to have a cyborg in his story since at least the Baratie arc. He wanted Don Krieg to be one, but the editors of Shonen Jump didn’t let him.
