2024-08-19 22:11:18 +0000 UTCI appreciate seeing your AI experiments as they progress, especially as an additive and not a replacement incentive. I am not a fan of AI used for still images but as a means of animation it's pretty interesting to me.

However, if you look at it from the other side, it's amazing what is now possible. I think we are at the beginning of a journey. I won't give up the tried and tested approach, but I don't want to miss the trip either. And from time to time I will be happy to share with you my experiments and progress. 2024-08-19 08:33:33 +0000 UTCLet me preface this by saying that I’m not a fan of AI-generated imagery to begin with, so my criticism might come off harshly. With that said, this AI is gonna need some SERIOUS training if it wants to animate your hypno videos. The eyes are especially rough compared to the manually animated ones, since the AI either leaves the rings static (thus making the hypno aspect much harder to even notice) or completely breaks, leading to a rather eerie moment around 1:18 where it can’t figure out where her eyes are looking and has her gaze phase into a completely different direction while rings cut off, before the transition brings them back.
