Kiss Of Fresh - Hidden Lot Modifier

There was an issue with this that made Nisa's Lot Extender user interface not show up. This has been fixed thanks to help from my friend Basemental Mods who helped me figure out what was causing the problem. I have a small mini-mod for you today! Similar to Llamazon, I started making this as part of the Retail Therapy 2.0 update (more on that at the end) but thought it was deserving of its own release!

O V E R V I E W

This is a hidden lot modifier - which means it won't take up one of the user-facing lot traits you can choose. All you need to do is simply place it on your lot and the 'Kiss of Fresh' modifier is applied to all the consumables & flower arrangements on that lot! (Note: consumables are anything that can be consumed - food, drinks, ingredients, fish, & similar.)

So what exactly does it do? I'm glad you asked. The 'Kiss of Fresh' lot modifier will:

• Make spoiled consumables fresh - just as if they were just made or purchased
• Locks freshness decay so consumables stay fresh forever
• Prevent floral arrangements from wilting

I thought this would be perfect to use for lots you want to set up as a shop or display! Or, for my cheaters out there, this is also great for everyday use.

N O T E S

This is probably one of the most simple mini-mods I have made thus far, but as is tradition here are the overexplained notes (you didn't think you would get off that easy did you??).

• Base game compatible
• This is not an override, it should not have any mod conflicts*
• No lot or venue restrictions
• Hidden modifier is applied immediately after placing the sign on a lot
• Modifier stays in effect until the sign is removed from the lot
• The modifier will refresh & lock when you first add it and anytime you load the game/lot
• If you place consumables after the modifier is placed, you will need to reload that lot in order to see the changes (but don't worry, it resets the freshness anyways as if no time had passed)
• The sign is visible in build/buy mode and hidden in live mode
• Must be placed outside
• Find it in lawn ornaments or by searching 'sign', 'modifier', 'fresh', or 'zone'
• This will not have any effect on items that are in an inventory, but you can always place the items on your lot to have them refreshed and then put back in your inventories afterwards

*There are some mods out there that prevent freshness decay by overriding EA's tuning. If you have any of these, this modifier will not have any impact for basic freshness. If you want to use this mod, delete any that override EA's freshness tuning. This will also give you more options to control freshness decay by lot and not the game as a whole.

I cannot wait to show you how far I have gotten with the Retail Therapy 2.0.... which I really need a new name for it because at this point it is not an update but its own glorious mod. The new version incorporates all of the feedback you have given me recently andddddd it is no longer restricted to my shelves OR the OMSP+. You can set literally and surface to sell from.
