You all know that he's a bit reserved, but once he drink enough alcohol, he become in a party animal.
The wolf is riding a mechanical bull, he's totally drank.
You know, manage that mechanical beast is hard! you have to struggle and manage the violent movements of the bull. Those frotting movements has producing a 'happy reaction' in Romeo's body.
