here I’m reveling my past weeks‘s pole practice
the more I do pole dance the more, I realize my weakness is Flexibility 😳🥹

well,,, pole dancing is pretty risky sport, I have seen many pole dancer in our class got injured and I also had tendentious on my hams, so it always alters me to not do harsh on me being stupid,, because I know my limits and weakness however sometimes I push my self a little harder to finish the pose lol;; anyways good point, you reminded me of what I should be afraid of. I find myself enjoying it on pole more and more ahaha. let's keep it up and will collect more red pole wears 😝

I worry about you sometimes injuring yourself but you look like you really enjoy it. I love you red outfit and wished you brought your skirt!
