昨日、早朝に歩いたら、集中力が切れずに一日作業できたので、今日もちょっと歩いてみました。早起きして散歩をしたよ、と子供に話したら、8歳の次女がついてきてくれました。
帰宅後、雑用をこなして、やっと一枚描き始めましたが、長女がスシローに行きたいというので慌てて帰宅。

Today's progress.
Yesterday, I walked early in the morning and was able to work all day without losing focus, so I walked a bit again today. I told my kids that I got up early and took a walk, and my second daughter, who is 8 years old, followed me.
After returning home, I did some chores and finally started to paint one picture, but my oldest daughter wanted to go to Sushiro, so I hurried home.
I will post pictures of the walk later.
