Today's drawing. I'm drawing lain with acrylic paint.
Added 2025-05-03 12:26:53 +0000 UTCI bought a small canvas on Amazon and am painting Lain with acrylic paint. It's like a study for a solo exhibition. It's my first canvas and I've only been using acrylic paint for a few days, so I'm still not sure how to use it and it's a lot of trial and error, but it's fun. The way the paint adheres is quite different from paper.
Right now the colors are quite strong and not very cohesive, so I'm thinking of painting the whole thing thinly with paint and then repainting it, which is taking a lot of courage. It would be easier if I did it digitally.
