Drawing with my 7 year old daughter

Looking back, I tried to respond to her as much as possible when she spoke to me, but there were quite a few occasions when I was so preoccupied with the painting that I was only responding to her in a cursory manner, which made me reflect on my own actions. It is difficult to look at oneself objectively.

最近次女が、「はいしんやらないの？」としきりに言ってきて、どうやらみんなの前で何かを発表したり、説明したりをしてみたいらしいので、一緒に絵を描いてみました。
見返してみると、僕はできるだけ話しかけられたら返事をするようにしていたつもりなのですが、絵に気を取られて、生返事になっている場面が結構あって反省しました。なかなか自分を客観的に見られないものですね。
