Diary drawn in a notebook for some reason
Added 2023-06-13 09:16:05 +0000 UTChe closest supermarket to our house was temporarily closed, so I took my two children to a slightly farther one for shopping. My eldest daughter, who is 10 years old, is either the tallest or the second tallest in her class, while my youngest daughter, who is 6 years old, is the smallest.
My eldest daughter used to always hold my hand while walking, but recently she has started confidently walking ahead on her own. As for my youngest daughter, she insisted on buying two bags of crab-shaped bread for her breakfast and adamantly refused to let me put them in the cart, determined to carry them home by herself.
Children grow up so quickly. If I don't constantly update the sense of closeness I have with them, I might end up being left behind.
家から一番近いスーパーがちょっと閉まってて、少し離れたスーパーに子供二人と買い物に。10歳の長女はクラスで一番か二番目に背が大きくて、6歳の次女はクラスで一番小さい。
長女は、いつも手を繋いで歩いていたけど、最近は一人でスタスタと行ってしまうようになった。次女は、自分の朝ごはん用にかにパンを二袋も買って、カートに入れなよって言っても、必死に抱えて自分で持って帰ると言う。
子供達はどんどん成長してしまう。自分も子供との距離感を常に更新していないと、置いて行かれてしまう。
