In truth, this is merely a snapshot within the first month of what is going to be a truly monumental pregnancy. While she's taken some very good first steps, the caloric demands of Emily's vast brood and strange cravings will lead her into a tumultuous path of gluttony. As the pregnancy has progressed, Emily's belly grows to an absurd size. Not only from her swarm of children, but the plentiful blubber "reserves" induced by her new appetite. (Figured I'd pitch an idea that'd give you an excuse to draw some more chunk)
