I am thinking of a sort of reward system given out every 6 months of membership. Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!!

Why not add a tier for gaming with you and add limited slots to it? Say between $50-$100 so that way no one would be willing to do anything stupid while gaming with you.

Could be physical rewards or just individual pics or clips or something. It'd probably take a lot of time but people love to be individually noticed and appreciated. Or if you have too many followers to do that, you could always test out the spiciest content on the long time subs.
