I sort of freestyled the post-transformation scars on his face in the last pic because it seemed okay to me for him to have more random scars after he gets plucked out by Mikasa and some time passes.

If you're asking about the last picture of the set with the head, it's meant to be Eren. I'm imagining him remembering/dreaming his dream about Mikasa.
