I loved this so much. One of my favorite parts is in the ending in the classroom scene, Hira and Kiyoi are dressed as bride and groom as they say their “vows” to each other that they’ll stay together forever. It’s subtle but I really loved that

2024-01-29 01:14:39 +0000 UTCI loved this movie and the series so much, I’ve procrastinated so much on watching the series until one day I had free time and just binged watch everything and I was obsessed with Hira and Kiyoi. Their character growth was so well done and it made sense to their characters. Hira didn’t change, he’s still has an “obsession” with kiyoi but it’s more realized. As he didn’t care as much about himself he started to see what he liked, and kiyoi constantly pushing him to be a better person. Hira realized he wanted to pursue photography only if he takes pics of kiyoi. He realized his passion. And I love what the photographer said Hira is a king in sheep’s clothing, he just needs to see his worth, because Hira doesn’t realize the effect he has on kiyoi. This movie was perfect. I will miss these characters so much 🥹🥹😭😭
