So when he asked who is maochong, he is actually actually who is this person trying to impersonate. For the name "Han Bokuang", I'm actually not too sure of the actual translation, but "kuang" means "maniac" or "wild and crazy". So Maochong replied "You parents are really wild and crazy to give you this name"
