MCU- CH-325. Crawling

After turning over, Luke was ready to attempt the next step: moving on the Wall of Origin.

But just as he raised his front paws to climb forward, the Wall of Origin seemed to sense his intention. In an instant, a terrifying roar echoed around him. An endless pulling force emanated from the wall, and Luke felt every muscle in his body subjected to immense pressure. To resist this overwhelming force, every cell in his body began to evolve and transform at a frantic pace.

Roar!

Luke tilted his head back and let out a deafening roar, "Not enough. Keep evolving. I need more power." He growled through gritted teeth.

A horrifying vibration rippled through the wall, as if Luke was pulling the entire Wall of Origin with his own strength. It was true—Luke was now using his own power to fight against the rules of the Wall of Origin.

His audacious behavior sent shockwaves through the gods and demons observing him. They were both stunned and exhilarated by his sheer audacity. What surprised them was that Luke dared to make such a reckless attempt, but what thrilled them was that he hadn't perished in the process.

"How insane is this?" One of the gods muttered.

"No, the crazier he is, the better. Trial and error requires madness. It's perfect to have a god who isn't afraid of death and can evolve infinitely to challenge the Wall of Origin!" Another exclaimed.

"God of Evolution, you are my eternal deity!" A demon cried out.

"Come on! Smash it!" Voices echoed in encouragement.

At this moment, countless gods and demons began to rally behind Luke. Even Yuga Khan's ability to crawl on the wall paled in comparison to the sheer thrill of Luke's unbridled madness. After all, Yuga Khan had achieved his feat with the help of a portion of the power of origin he had mastered. Luke, on the other hand, was relying solely on his own strength.

However, despite Luke's relentless efforts, he still couldn't fully resist the pressure of the entire Wall of Origin, "It's still not enough. This sealing barrier is formidable. No wonder even the power of the goddess of creation is bound by it." Luke muttered to himself.

He wasn't discouraged by his failure to take the first step. This was only the beginning. Evolution was a process, and he knew it could be accumulated over time. But while Luke remained unfazed, others were less patient.

"Humph! So what if he can turn over? If I tried hard enough, I could do it too. But it's just a waste of energy. Only fools would cheer for this. Better to save that little strength and sleep a while longer." A voice dripping with disdain and sarcasm rang out.

The Omega Titan, who had been watching Luke's efforts, felt a flicker of panic when he saw Luke successfully turn over. But when he noticed Luke struggling to break free and move, only to be sucked back tightly against the wall, his smug expression returned.

"I don't know who the real idiot is. Plenty of people can do somersaults on this wall if they're willing to pay the price. But can you guarantee you won't be drained into a mummy afterward?" The Omega Titan sneered.

"I've heard the Omega Titan is powerful but has a small brain. Seems like it's true." One of the gods quipped.

"I don't think it's a small brain—more like no brain at all." Another added.

Before Luke could respond, the gods and demons who saw him as their only hope leapt to his defense. They couldn't allow their savior to be disrespected, and so they became his mouthpieces, firing back at the Omega Titan.

"How dare you speak to me with such impudence? I am the origin of cosmic energy, the Omega God above all gods!" The Titan roared, attempting to intimidate them with his past glory.

But his title held little weight in their current predicament, "Hahaha! See, I was right. This guy really has no brains," one of the gods laughed.

"We're all trapped on this wall. You'd better forget about your fancy titles. If you're so mighty, why don't you climb down and kill me?" Another taunted.

"What a complete idiot! I don't know how we ended up trapped on the same wall as him." A demon added.

The Omega Titan, unable to withstand the barrage of mockery, fell silent. He closed his eyes and mouth, pretending to enter a dormant state. The gods and demons, seeing this, eventually grew bored and quieted down.

But Luke didn't stop. He continued his relentless attempts to move on the Wall of Origin. Gradually, the gods and demons grew accustomed to the horrific sounds of his efforts. They knew it was Luke, frantically attacking the wall, and they closed themselves off to conserve energy.

However, just as they were settling into this new routine, something changed.

Crack!

When Luke tried to move his body again, the sound was louder than ever before.

Boom!

A massive tremor shook the wall, and the gods immediately sensed something different. When they opened their eyes, they were met with a horrifying yet awe-inspiring sight: Luke had taken his first step forward. His body alternated between a withered and full state, but only for a moment. Then, he took another step, and this time, his body remained unchanged.

Despite the Wall of Origin's relentless energy absorption, Luke was moving. Step by step, slowly but surely, his body began to crawl across the wall.

"This is incredible. The God of Evolution has overcome some of the Wall's constraints and can move freely!" One of the gods exclaimed.

"Though there's still a long way to go before complete freedom, this is a promising start." Another added.

"Look at the direction he's crawling!" A god said, his tone tinged with amusement.

All eyes turned to see where Luke was headed—straight toward the Omega Titan, who had been mocking him relentlessly.

"There's a good show coming!" Someone shouted.

Suddenly, all the gods and demons who had been conserving energy opened their eyes, their gazes fixed on the unfolding drama.

"What do you think you're doing?" The Omega Titan asked, his voice trembling with fear as he watched Luke approach.

"What am I doing? Didn't I tell you that you'd die? I'm here to personally send you off." Luke said, his scarlet eyes blazing with murderous intent.

This was the same Titan who had hurled endless sarcasm and ridicule at him. Luke had endured it long enough.

"Get away from me! Don't come any closer!" The Omega Titan roared, panic evident in his voice.

But Luke continued to crawl toward him, unwavering and determined. The gods and demons watched in silence, their anticipation palpable. The Omega Titan's fate was sealed.
